Prepare the pasta according to directions on box. Adding 1 Tbs salt to the water.
While pasta is cooking, mince garlic and cut the basil
Drain pasta and add olive oil, garlic and basil.
Let pasta cool.
Stir pasta and olive oil mixture, cover and store in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
When you are ready to serve, add tomatoes, cheese, spinach and arugula and pecans to the pasta.
Gently toss and serve.
